The aim of this film was to create more than just dancing furnitures in a 3D world of architectual visualisation.  Targeting a small but select audience, including their lifestyle, habitat and dreams, created this subtle film story around the Real Estate to promote its location and exclusiveness. We talk with the language of high quality pictures and real filmed scenes merging into 3D.

This film is an example of the broad experiences of usmotiondesign. The film project was created within a scheduled network in Berlin, Shanghai and Los Angeles. It is one of the best Real Estate promotional films including the highest image quality from one of the leading visual effects studios.
